Tenants is a platform administration page. It controls the company container that separates data, users, demo state, branding, and billing profile context.
Tenant changes can affect many users at once, so edits should be treated as structural configuration. Demo flags, active state, retention, and branding should be saved deliberately.
Impersonation and tenant switching help administrators reproduce issues in context. Those actions should be used for support and validation, not for normal daily operation.
